I think this would be a great LEGO set because it portrays a very big thing (an immense city) with relatively few pieces (less than 400), so it can be affordable for many people. I also think it would be a nice LEGO set because the new LOTR series is to be launched in Amazon Prime, I think, so the interest in this saga will eventually grow.
